Our history
Fifty years ago a local fisherman, Bill Trappman, had an simplistic idea – sell quality seafood, in the neighborhood, only caught by local fishermen. He believed in the best, he demanded the best, and wanted to make it available to others.
Trappman’s is a family name that has held onto the original idea throughout the years. In 2006, the current shack in Largo, FL was built by his son. A small shack with a big heart – and of course delicious seafood!
